Cassie Davenport.

Naturopath · Nutritionist · Researcher

I'm a degree-qualified Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist with a special interest in women's health, hormones, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum wellbeing and children's health.

My journey into natural medicine began long before I ever stepped into a clinic. Growing up, I watched my baby sister navigate the complexities of Cystic Fibrosis and a double lung transplant. While conventional medicine played a vital role in keeping her alive, I became fascinated by the role nutrition, lifestyle and holistic care could play alongside it. That curiosity eventually became a calling.

After completing my Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and an Honours degree researching the impact of B vitamins on stress, anxiety, depression, and fatigue, I knew I wanted to help people understand that health is rarely about one symptom, one organ or one diagnosis. It's about how all the pieces connect.

Today, I work predominantly with women and children. I support women through hormonal imbalances, fertility journeys, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, stress, burnout and the transition into perimenopause. I also work with children experiencing digestive concerns, fussy eating, immune challenges, anxiety, nervous system dysregulation and neurodevelopmental conditions.

As a mother myself, I understand how easy it is for women to place their own health at the bottom of the list. My approach is practical, compassionate, and realistic. I believe wellness shouldn't feel overwhelming or require perfection. Instead, I focus on building strong foundations and creating sustainable changes that fit within the realities of everyday life.

My goal is simple: to help women and families feel more balanced, more resilient, and more confident in their health, so they can show up fully for the life they want to live.

What is Integrated Naturopathy?

What is naturopathy?

In simple terms, naturopathy is about figuring out why you feel the way you feel.

At its core, naturopathy is about understanding how the body's systems work together, recognising imbalances and supporting the body in doing what it's designed to do. It also gives you the knowledge and tools to take an active role in your health.

Your body is constantly sending you signals all day long. Tired, bloated, anxious, sore, headaches. Most of the time we ignore them. Or we chalk it up to stress, lack of sleep, lots on our plate. Naturopathy listens to them, like really listens, and works out what they really mean. When something doesn't feel right, those symptoms are often your body's way of asking for support.

Together, we'll explore your health history, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, hormones and environment. To understand what's contributing to your symptoms and how the pieces connect.

From there, we create a plan that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable for your life. This may include nutrition, herbal medicine, targeted supplementation, lifestyle strategies and practical tools to help you feel more like yourself again.

Because health isn't simply the absence of symptoms. It's having the energy, resilience and confidence to show up fully in your life, your family, and the things that matter most to you.

The integrated bit.

Naturopathy doesn't replace your GP, your specialist or your psychologist. It works alongside them. Conventional medicine, Chinese medicine, physio, psychology, naturopathy. They all have a place. The best healthcare is whatever combination works for you.

My job is to be one part of your team. The part that asks why, looks at the whole picture and helps you make sense of the rest.

I work with women on hormones, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, perimenopause, gut health and energy. I work with mums on postpartum recovery, the invisible load and burnout. I work with kids on immunity, gut health, fussy eating, food allergies and eczema.
