This appointment is for new clients, it's your first naturopathic consultation with Cassie.
In this appointment we do a deep dive into your health - past, present & future. Cassie will ask all about your health goals, medical history, family history, any ongoing health issues, allergies or intolerances, medications and or supplements you're currently taking and any recent pathology results. Together we will co-create goals and lay out your next steps.

Comprehensive follow up
This appointment is for existing clients. This longer follow up will provide a comprehensive review of your current goal and where you would like to be. We will assess what's working and what's not, in order to troubleshoot, refine & adapt. Often pathology results will be reviewed and explained in this appointment. Cassie will support you in staying on track and accountable, while answering questions. Sometimes it can take a moment to connect the dots, this appointment ensures we have enough time to over everything comprehensively.
